Dry Van Driver Job Details

  • Strong pay that grows with you.  Earn $0.58 – $0.67CPM based on experience and average $1,400-$1,800 per week.*
  • Limited time $2,500 sign-on bonus!* 
  • Reliable miles with scheduled home time. Average 2,500–2,800+ miles per week on consistent OTR lanes, typically running one to two weeks out with structured time off you can plan around.
  • No-touch freight, no NYC pressure. 100% no-touch dry van with no forced NYC dispatch.
  • Extra pay for your time. Earn detention, layover, and stop pay on top of mileage.

CDL-A Lease Operator Overview

  • Revenue that rewards your business. Earn 75% of line haul revenue, with top lease take-home pay ranging from $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus 50CPM on deadhead miles.*

  • A lease built around you. Start with no money down and no credit check required, with your first two truck payments delayed to help you get rolling. Weekly truck payments range $625–$775 based on truck year,* with no interest or mileage penalties, and the option to purchase at fair market value or start a new lease at your term’s end.

  • OTR Refrigerated: 6–12 months of OTR experience in the last 3 years
  • OTR Refrigerated: Refrigerated experience preferred
